Take Back The Night
October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. According to the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, “domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one partner to gain or maintain power and control over another intimate partner.”
The Dean of Students Office at the 香港六合彩开奖结果2023 hosts programming to raise awareness of these types of behaviors to our students. Domestic violence can happen to anyone, anywhere. We want our students to stay safe and be aware of the resources available to them should they find themselves in a situation like domestic violence.
Take Back The Night (TBTN) is a worldwide initiative to take a stand against domestic violence and 香港六合彩开奖结果2023 participates in this movement by hosting our own Take Back the Night event.
Check back for the next event in October 2025.
Join us this year in the stand against interpersonal violence and dating/domestic violence.
