Deadlines: The Spring 2025 regular pre-order deadline is March 21. Late pre-orders can be placed through March 28 with a rush shipping fee. After March 28, graduates can only place their orders by contacting or visiting the .

Our Commitment to Sustainability

Our actions, while small, make up part of the overall footprint left by all beings on this planet. In an effort to decrease that footprint, we are using the Herff Jones ClassRental™ caps and gowns for commencement regalia. These are premium-quality gowns which are cleaned, inspected and packaged after each use. Using rental gowns positively affects eventual landfill usage as well as requiring less material and energy than creating new gowns for each commencement. For more information, go to .

Role description: Members are led by the faculty marshal en masse to begin each ceremony and are seated together at the front of the Arena for the ceremony's duration.

Faculty marshals carry a large mace to lead the faculty processional and assist in routing students from their seats to the stage during the ceremony.

Student marshals carry small maces to lead the processional of graduates from their colleges in each ceremony. These are seated with the graduates of their colleges and assist in getting students re-seated after they cross the stage.

Academic Regalia
The deadline for faculty to reserve regalia is Friday, March 14, 2025.
Faculty members will be contacted by the 香港六合彩开奖结果2023 Commencement Office once their orders are ready for pick up. Your items must be returned to the 香港六合彩开奖结果2023 Bookstore within the week following commencement.

Commencement Day
- All faculty participating in the processional should meet in the Field House (Bldg. 26) at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
- Faculty serving as marshals should arrive in the Field House at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
- Light refreshments and seating will be provided in the faculty staging area at the rear of the Field House.
