Mobile Web-Conferencing
A mobile web-conferencing solution, provided by Academic Technology/Audio-Visual, available for Non-DL (Distance Learning) funded conferences, meetings, interviews, etc. Consists of a large display, high definition camera, and an intuitive control system mounted to a mobile cart.
Features: AT/A-V personnel will deliver, set-up, and provide onsite training in the use of the web-conferencing cart. Operation instructions will be provided upon delivery. The Audio-Visual unit can also be contacted during an event for immediate assistance with the technology.Available for

How to Request Access
The web conferencing cart is available on a reservation basis only for Non-DL (Distance Learning) funded events. Reservations must be made at least a week in advance of the event.
