Types of Compensation Changes:

Base Salary Compensation Change

Departments may request a compensation change for administrative and support staff. A base salary compensation change increases the employee's salary in their current position and may be given (if approved) if budget is available within the department. Managers will be held accountable for compensation change decisions.
