Sanctions:
- Local risk Management Plan/Crisis Response Efforts Action Plan document with inclusion of a risk management team to be completed by the end of Fall 2019 semester.
- Event Restrictions: all Chi Phi events/socials/meetings will be alcohol free through Fall 2020 semester.
- Removal of chapter president and risk management officer, effective immediately.
- Work closely with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to obtain full chapter accreditation.
- Chapter must provide and pay for training and/r workshops on Hazing, Consent, and Alcohol/Drug use for all members to be completed by the end of Spring 2020 semester (postponed to October 2020 due to COVID-19).
- Request membership Review through the National Headquarters.
- Send new President to the Southeastern Greek Leadership Conference and present information to the chapter. Confirmation of attendance will be required to be submitted to the Office of Student Accountability and Resolution.
- Develop and maintain an Officer Transition Plan in partnership with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and IFC Advisor.
- Demonstration of all completed sanctions issued by Headquarters.
